Barrie Condo Townhomes for Rent
Are you a renter who's looking to live the good life in a condo townhome? Do you want that condo townhome to not have to be in one of the larger and overcrowded cities (like Toronto or Mississauga)? Well, if that sounds like what you're currently wishing, then living in the city of Barrie provides you with all that and more! Living in a condo townhome affords you the benefit of being part of a little community-in-a-community made up of fellow renters of condo townhomes (and owners as well). Condo townhomes are owned by a condo corporation, and any alterations to the townhomes have to be approved by said corporation. However, living in a condo townhome will provide you with excellent onsite amenities, friendly neighbors, and a sense of safety (as you'll likely grow to know all of your neighbors and form a sort of "neighborhood watch" with them); condo townhomes renters and owners live in the same subdivision under the condo corporation, and therefore can have each other's backs when needed. Life in any of the Barrie condo townhomes for rent will allow you to experience the best Barrie has to offer, no matter where in Barrie you'd live.
If you do decide to take up residence in one of the Barrie condo townhomes for rent, then you will be able to have access to Barrie's amenities all close at hand. Shopping is a cinch thanks to the public transit system having bus stops around the city in very convenient places, and hungry shoppers (window-shopping or otherwise) have plenty of eateries and restaurants to choose from (there are also some fast food places in the city, if that is your preference). Barrie is also home to a number of very charming mom-and-pop shops (defined as any smaller store that didn't get driven into closure by larger corporations like Wal-Mart); shopping at the mom-and-pop shops is a way of helping the community by supporting their smaller establishments, so that'd only reinforce your being within a community by living in a condo townhome. In being in a condo townhome, you also won't have to worry about being far from the nearest highway; the Highway 400 runs right through the western portion of the city of Barrie, which can take you right into the city of Toronto if you head southward on it for a bit of a distance. Heading north on the Highway 400 takes you further into the countryside.
As a renter, you may not be living in your forever home, but that doesn't mean you can't treat whichever of the Barrie condo townhomes for rent you would choose as such a place. Therefore, treating your condo townhome like a forever home, you can depart from it at any time to go for a walk in one of Barrie's excellent greenspaces or parks... or you can go a bit further and check out one of the fantastic golf courses in the area. Barrie is also home to a ski resort (though it is a little bit to the northwest out of town) that renters can hit up if they're in the mood during the winter months. Ultimately, Barrie also sits right on the shores of Lake Simcoe, so if you're the kind of person who would just love to soak up the Sun and hit the beach, or the kind of person who loves to go for a good swim in a nice big lake, there are plenty of beaches where all of those things and more (watersports) can be achieved, such as Oro Lea Beach, Oro Beach, and Hawkestone Beach. Renters who live in Barrie will also have the fantastic views of Lake Simcoe to consider as well.
